At Shahkaar, each handmade product is carefully handled and packaged. Orders are processed quickly and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days using secure express couriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, or DTDC.
Standard Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders: 5-7 working days
- International Orders: 7-10 working days
We provide free express shipping on most products. For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout, and your order will be processed and shipped the same day, arriving sooner than the standard delivery times.

- Working days exclude public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Tracking information will be sent upon dispatch.
- Shipments originate from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You need to contact us for a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery of your order. You also need to send items back within 3 days of intimating us about the return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Custom or Personalised Orders (Unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Items on Sale (Unless they arrive damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
