1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@shahkaar.in or through our customer support.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
2. Order Cancellation by Shahkaar
- Shahkaar reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Issues with payment authorization or incomplete payment.
- The shipping address is outside our delivery service areas.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
- If the cancellation request is received before production starts, it will be honored, and a refund will be issued.
4. Refund Timelines
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
