At Shahkaar, each handmade product is carefully handled and packaged. Orders are processed quickly and usually dispatched within 1-2 business days using secure express couriers like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery etc.
Standard Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders: 5-7 working days
We provide free express shipping on most products. For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout, and your order will be processed and shipped the same day, arriving sooner than the standard delivery times.

- Shipments originate from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

At Shahkaar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions.
Return and Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via WhatsApp at +91 9055119055 or by email at info@shahkaar.com. Once you've informed us, you have 7 days to ship the items back.
Sales and Discounts: Products on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders, clearance sale items, and shawls bearing the GI Non-Removable Rubber Label Certification, are strictly exempt from returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted. This typically applies to items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
